SHIPPING
We ship all orders UPS Ground. Remember, your package will be shipped to you from the day WE RECEIVE THE PARTS, NOT FROM THE DAY YOU ORDER THEM. We can order parts faster but the customer will incur additional shipping charges.
Orders containing large, overweight, oversize, or multiple packages will only be shipped UPS Ground and will be subject to additional shipping charges(Fenders-Racks-Wheels-ETC). We may also inquire about insurance on your order. The shipping charges are calculated per amount of the order and to the shipping destination.
Depending on the size of the package and your delivery location, oversize/overweight charges can range from $20-$100 per package. WE WILL CONTACT THE CUSTOMER VIA EMAIL OR PHONE IF OVERSIZE/OVERWEIGHT SHIPPING CHARGES APPLY, BEFORE THE ORDER IS PROCESSED Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam residents will incur additional shipping charges for those orders.SORRY, BUT WE WILL NOT SEND ANY ORDERS C.O.D.
SHIPPING COSTS Remember, your order could require more shipping cost due the size of your order. You will be contacted before the order has been processed if you order requires more shipping costs.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP
We work hard to ship your order as soon as possible! Most orders will ship within 2-4 business days after your order has been placed. Most instances, you should receive your order within 5-10 business days. We are not held responsible for delays from the package carrier due to incorrect address listings, bad weather, etc.
There may be instances when a delay is caused by manufacturer back orders or even discontinued items. If we notice a delay in your order, we will attempt to contact the customer as soon as possible. there may be such instances where we do not find out about back orders or discontinues until after the order has been submitted.
TRACKING MY ORDER
If you create an account or sign in before placing the order, you can go back into your account to receive the tracking number. The tracking number is also sent through UPS' tracking number notification system. Sometimes they can not send the tracking number due to spamblockers or such.
ADDING TO AN EXISTING ORDER
Unfortunately items cannot be added to an existing order because we do not store credit card data online for security purposes.
INSURANCE ON ORDERS
UPS covers packages that are damaged during shipment for up to $100.00 free of charge. We ask that you add insurance to your orders over that amount. It eases the process to get replacement parts to you. We are not responsible for damaged packages that are not insured.
